Role:
- This department is accountable for Government relations-local and national, current and new customers and shareholders;
- They facilitate all new applications for power services in addition to:
- All queries pertaining to customer billing;
- Bill Payment;
- Disconnection of Services By Request;
- Disconnection/Reconnection of Services for Non-Payment;
- Meter Reading & Inspections;
- Meter Tampering;
- The Transfer of power service;
- Our 24 Hour Call Centre.
