This department is responsible for addressing issues in the community that have an impact on customer satisfaction.
Role
- Accountable for Government relations-local and national, current and new customers and shareholders.
- Responsible for solving difficult customer service problems.
- Responsible for the company's annual charity budget, Co-op student program, summer student program and representing the company on scholarship committees.
- Coordinates all public relations activities, community events hurricane/storm-related problems, special events and all sports sponsorship.
- Represents the company at schools and community civil organizations with special programs.
