Our offices are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Additionally, we have a cheque depository and drop box located at the main office entrance, Grand Bahama Port Authority Building. Only cheque payments are to be deposited via the drop box. Cheques are removed from the drop box at 8:30 a.m. each weekday for processing that day. Please note: no payments should be left in the drop box if your account is subject to disconnection.
