Recently we partnered with several banks and launched an “Over The Counter Payment” method, making it even easier for you to pay your power bill. Your power bill can be paid at the following participating banks:

Bank of the Bahamas, First Caribbean Bank, Scotiabank and Fidelity Bank. Please be sure to have a copy of your power bill or a receipt from the Grand Bahama Power Company. Your power bill can also be paid at our main office at the address below:

Our offices are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Additionally, we have a cheque depository and drop box located at the main office entrance at Pioneer’s Way and East Mall Drive. Only cheque payments are to be deposited via the drop box. Cheques are removed from the drop box at 8:30 a.m. each weekday for processing that day. Please note: no payments should be left in the drop box if your account is subject to disconnection.
