Application
For all domestic purposes in private residences and individually metered dwelling units of multiple family buildings.
Character of Service
Continuous alternating current of approximately 60 hertz, single-phase, 3-wire, at a nominal service voltage of either 120/240 volts or 120/208 volts as available at the point of delivery.
Limitation of Service
All service required by customer for domestic purposes, including air conditioning or electric space heating shall be supplied through one meter. This service may not be used for other purposes.
Deposit
Twice the estimated monthly bill but not less than $120.00.
Monthly Bill
Computed in Bahamian currency in accordance with the following charges:

Fuel Adjustment Charge:
The amount computed hereunder shall be increased or decreased by an amount calculated in accordance with Rate Schedule FAC - Fuel Adjustment Charge, as amended from time to time and forming a part of the General Tariff for electric Service on file in the company's office.
Tax Adjustment Charge:
Plus the applicable proportionate part of any taxes and/or assessment imposed by any governmental or other authority in excess of those in effect January 1, 1964, which are assessed on the basis of meters or customers or the price of or revenues from electric energy or service sold or the volume of energy generated or purchased for sale or sold.
Minimum Bill
Minimum bill $10.00
Payment
The net monthly bill is payable within 21 calendar days from the date of rendering. When not so paid, the gross monthly bill, which is the net monthly bill plus one and one half percent per month is due and payable. Service may be disconnected without notice after such 21-day period. A charge will be made for reconnection.
Terms of Service
Open order until terminated by 72-hour notice by customer.

Application
For lighting, power and other purposes for commercial, light industrial, institutional, and other services exclusive of residential.
Character of Service
Continuous alternating current of approximately 60 hertz, single or 3-phase, available at standard nominal secondary service voltages in accordance with the company's "General Rules and Regulations for Electric Service" for permanent accounts.
Limitation of Services
All service required by customer shall be furnished by one meter to each building, premises, property, or group of properties under one ownership or management.
Deposit
Twice the average estimated monthly bill as estimated by the company or as thereafter ascertained but not less than $300.00
Monthly Bill
Computed in Bahamian currency in accordance with the following charges:
Demand Charge:
First 5 Kilovoltamperes of monthly maximum demand or less at $35.50 plus Additional kilovoltamperes of monthly maximum demand at $7.10 per kilovoltampere.

Available
Available where facilities of suitable voltage and adequate capacity are adjacent to the premises to be served.
Application
For lighting, power and other purposes for commercial industrial, institutional, and other services exclusive of residential.
Character of Service
Continuous alternating current of approximately 12,470 volts and 60 hertz, 3-phase, three or four wire.
Limitation of Service
All service required by customer shall be furnished by one meter to each building, premises, property or group of properties under one ownership or management.
Deposit
Twice the average Net Monthly Bill as estimated by the company or as thereafter ascertained.
Net Monthly Bill
Computed in Bahamian currency in accordance with the following charges:
Demand Charge:
First 1,000 kilovoltamperes of monthly maximum demand or less at $7,100 plus additional kilovoltamperes of monthly maximum demand at $7.10 per kilovoltampere.

The minimum monthly bill is $7,100 or as provided by contract agreement, whichever is greater
Determination of Demand
The monthly maximum demand shall be the highest 15 minute integrated kilovoltampere demand determined from the company's demand meter. In no event shall such demand be taken at less than the higher of the following:
a. The highest kilovoltampere demand similarly established during the preceding 11 months, but not less than 1,000 kilovoltamperes or
b. The minimum kilovoltampere demand set forth in the contract agreement.
Payment
The net monthly bill is payable within 21 calendar days from date of rendering. When not so paid, the gross monthly bill, which is the net monthly bill plus one and one half percent is due and payable. Service may be disconnected without notice after such 21 day period. A charge will be made for reconnection.
Terms of service
Not less than five years or as provided by contract agreement.
Special Provisions
All equipment and apparatus necessary to change the company's primary power service to any other form required by the customer shall be furnished and maintained by the customer and the current shall be balanced on the phases of the primary circuit in a manner satisfactory to the company.

For service required for a short period such as for construction projects, fairs, bazaars, boathouses, etc..
Character of Service
Continuous alternating current of approximately 60 hertz, single-phase, 3-wire, 100 ampere maximum, at a nominal service voltage of either 120/240 volts or 120/208 volts as available at the point of delivery.
Limitation of Service
All service required by customer shall be supplied through one meter. Such service may not be connected to any permanent electrical installation without written authorization of the Building Inspection Department of The Grand Bahama Port Authority, Limited.
Deposit
Twice the estimated monthly bill but not less than $120.00.
Connection Charge
Customers shall pay all costs for installation and removal by the company of temporary lines or transforming equipment.
Monthly Bill
Computed in Bahamian currency in accordance with the following charges:
Meter rental at $10.00 per month plus
Energy charge at 19.98 cents per kilowatt-hour
Fuel Adjustment Charge:
The amount computed hereunder shall be increased or decreased by an amount calculated in accordance with Rate Schedule FAC - Fuel Adjustment Charge, as amended from time to time and forming a part of the General Tariff for Electric Service on file in the company's office.
Tax Adjustment Charge:
Plus the applicable proportionate part of any taxes and/or assessments imposed

There will be a monthly meter rental of $10.00

Continuous alternating current of approximately 60 hertz, single or 3-phase, available at 12,470 volts and 60 hertz, 3-phase, three or four wire for temporary accounts.
Limitation of Service
All service required by customer shall be furnished by one meter to each building, premises, property, or group of properties under one ownership or management.
Deposit
Twice the average estimated monthly bill as estimated by the company or as thereafter ascertained but not less than $600.00
Connection Charge
Customers shall pay all costs for installation and removal by the company of temporary lines or transforming equipment.

Company-owned fixtures will be mounted on the existing distribution system served from overhead wires. At the company's option and upon request by the customer, the company will provide special poles, overhead or underground wires at the customer's expense. Estimated cost of the installation shall be paid in advance.
Limitation of Service
Service includes energy from dusk until dawn the next morning. Full maintenance will be provided for by the company.
Deposit
Two months charge per fixture.
Monthly Bill
Computed in Bahamian currency in accordance with the following charges:
